Our Mission Statement
OUR MISSION IS TO PROVIDE FAIR AND EQUAL HOUSING FOR EVERYONE!

MCD is committed to full compliance with both the State and Federal Equal Credit Opportunity Act (ECOA), Fair Housing and all other applicable State and Federal Fair Lending laws.

We do not tolerate discrimination based on any of the following factors:

* Race,  * Color,  * Religion,  * National Origin,  * Sex,  * Marital Status,  * Age (provided the applicant has the capacity to enter into a binding contract)

The applicant’s source of income can be derived from any public assistance program.  The applicant’s exercise, in good faith, their right under the Consumer Credit Protection Act. Under the ECOA and Fair Credit Act, it is unlawful to discriminate on a prohibitive basis in any aspect of the sales or credit transaction, including, but not limited to:

Failing to provide information or services, or providing different information or services regarding any aspect of purchasing a home, the lending process, including credit availability, location, application procedures, or lending and purchasing standards. Varying the terms of credit offered, including the amount, interest rate, duration, type of loan, or using different standards to evaluate collateral. Steering an individual to a particular location.

Compliance with these requirements is mandatory. In addition, ECOA and Fair Housing compliance is a focus of government scrutiny. We will ensure that we make houses and credit available to credit worthy applicants on a fair and consistent basis, and that our policies and procedures are consistent with these requirements.

Because we interact personally with each client to originate a purchase transaction, it is critical that these and all other applicable laws and regulations are followed. We require all of our employees to comply with all applicable laws, including, without limitations, the ECOA and Fair Housing laws.  So how did we do?
